Over the past 12 years, Patti Stires Hawker has served both buyers and sellers in the luxury home real estate market specializing in resort and second home properties, including rental income units. Patti prides herself in approaching each client’s needs and desires as if they were her own. The personal and professional approach has always been a core value, stemming from a Midwest upbringing in a real estate family. A move to Southern California as a young adult gave her the appreciation of the active outdoor, casual lifestyle she has since grown to embrace. Tennis and bike riding were favorites, but racing Hobie Cats took a major role for many years. A fifteen year career in San Diego radio and TV broadcast operation and sales eventually lead to a change of scenery, but not a change of heart. There was a draw to the fresh air and active lifestyle of the mountains in Utah where snow sports abound. For the next ten years while in Park City, Patti connected with her natural second sense for real estate and developed an expertise as a luxury resort and second home market specialist with the top brokerage. Rounding out the home sales experience were property transactions including vacant land, new construction luxury homes, and new subdivision sales. The first year as a career agent brought fame as Rookie of the Year and a continued growth in education and certifications over the following years earned many high achievement awards. Finally, the call to live in a warmer climate took hold where she is now in step with golf and the desert lifestyle, once again connecting with her roots in real estate.
